| EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING 22nd Sept 2020 |
An EGM was held on Tuesday 22nd September 2020 at 6.00 pm. The meeting was held via a Zoom conference.*
We will be discussing amendments proposed by the Trustees to improve the Governance of the Club. The aim is to reduce the number of Trustees from potentially 19 to eleven or twelve. This requires the membership to support amendments to the Constitution and the Articles of Association

| Extraordinary General Meeting 22nd November 2017 |
|
OBC CIO held an Extraordinary General Meeting at the club on Wednesday 22nd November 2017. The purpose of the meeting was to seek approval of members to three small changes to the Articles of Association and to update members on the premises refurbishment project.

The meeting agreed the changes to the Articles of Association. The new version may be accessed here.
In due course the draft minutes of the meeting will appear here.
The Chairman outlined the plan for the premises and an email was subsequently sent to all members. A summary can be found elsewhere on the website.
