This form is for non-members of Oxford Bridge Club only who want to join a  session at OBC and who also want to be allocated an EBU number.

To allocate an EBU number for you we need to collect some data as indicated in the fields below. 

Please fill this form in at least 2 days before the session is due to start. You only need to do it once. You'll receive an email confirming that your details have been received.

Our handling of your personal data:

• We will record your details in our systems and share your contact details with the EBU.  This enables you to participate in collecting Master points and the National Grading Scheme when you play in qualifying sessions at any clubs affiliated to the EBU.
• When you provide an email address below then we will provide you with access to our database system so that you can keep your contact information up to date and see your results information.
• Oxford Bridge Club undertakes to collect and use your personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our legal basis for processing this data is our legitimate interest as a bridge club. We use the data  the communication of information and the organisation of events.
• This information will be recorded in the visitor area of our membership database, which is stored online in compliance with the GDPR.
• Your data may be processed by Pianola, Bridgewebs or other organisations that act as Data Processors on our behalf. They may only use it for the specific purposes for which they act as our data processors and they are not free to pass this on to other organisations that are not connected with Oxford Bridge Club.
• Your personal data is not passed on by us for use by any other third parties whether or not connected with bridge. Full information about our data use policies, including how you can see what data we hold about you, how you can limit its use and how you can ask for inaccuracies in data to be corrected, may be found at  www.oxfordbridgeclub.com under the “Privacy Notice” tab. • When we have set up your information, we will use your email address to will send you an invitation to login to your personal area of our database (Pianola at app.pianola.net).  This will permit you to make changes to your contact data and to change the options that you have selected below.
