County League Teams of Four 2023 - 2024 |

Why not enter a team into the Cambs and Hunts County Teams League. All you need are four players to form a team, so ask you partner and find another pair and form a team. You will play approximately 4-7 games between September and March It’s completely free to play, if you play your matches online.
Games can be played Face to Face (Home team to pay any table money) or on an online platform. (If no agreement can be reached the default will be RealBridge).

Eastern Counties League Result against Hertfordshire |
The results for the ECL Match against Hertfordshire are A team lost 8-12; B team lost 5-15; C team won 18-2. Many congratulations to the C team on an excellent result.

The next ECL match is on Sunday October 1st against Essex. The remaining 2 matches are next year on January 14th and February 25th.

Liebeschuetz & Oakford win the Corwen Trophy |
Congratulations to John Liebeschuetz and Rod Oakford on winning the prestigious EBU Corwen Trophy on the 4th of June with a score of 59.81% in a strong field.
The Corwen is a national event run by the EBU. 87 pairs representing their county associations competed in four sessions, playing a total of 96 boards over two days. The Cambs and Hunts County Pairs was not run this year. Instead, qualifiers were drawn from the County Swiss Pairs held on the 15th of April.
