Learn Bridge in a Year at Winscombe Bridge Club

If you have never played bridge before and would like to learn, we invite you to join our new course beginning on 14th September 2026. Lessons are held on Mondays from 1.30 - 4.00 pm over three terms at a cost of £100 per term, at our lovely new Community Centre in Winscombe.

If you have played a little before and would like to refresh or rebuild your skills and confidence, we may be able to offer you the option of joining the course at the beginning of the second term in January 2027. A chat with our trainer will help get you on the right track to maximise your learning and your goals.

Social Bridge (duplicate)

Once you have started playing bridge, we would love to welcome you to our Tuesday afternoon duplicate bridge sessions held from 1.30 - 4.pm at our new Community Centre in Winscombe. We begin with a 30 minute teaching session, followed by supervised play. If you have never played at a duplicate bridge club before, do not worry …. we will help you understand how duplicate bridge differs from the bridge you already know. Cost is £3 per session, with £5 annual joining fee.

Improvers’ Seminars

Have you been playing bridge for a while and are ready to discover ways to improve? If so, our monthly seminars are for you. We are offering six seminars at a cost of £10 per session, with no requirement to sign up for more than one at a time. They will be held at our new Community Centre in Winscombe on Saturdays from 10 am to 1 pm.
