Dear Vail Valley Bridge Club,
I have really missed not seeing you on campus this summer, and I’m sure you’ve missed not being with each other. We recently announced our Reopening Plan beginning August 17thwith classes 5 days a week on-campus and in-person with all types of health and safety protocols.
Over the last 7 years, you have been incredibly generous with your support of the Vail Valley Bridge Club Scholarship Fund.Plain and simple, your dollars have allowed Eagle County teenagers, who need financial assistance, to attend Vail Christian High School. Thank you so much to those who have already made a gift to us in 2020. If you haven’t yet made a tax-deductible gift, would you consider making one online at vchs.org or by writing a check to Vail Christian High School (VVBC Scholarship Fund)?
Several days ago, I received this note from a Class of ’20 graduate who will be studying mechanical engineering at Columbia University this fall – Iwant to say a huge thank you for the tuition assistance that VCHS has given me over the years. I know that thanks to people I don’t even know, VCHS will continue to foster the supportive community that allowed me to grow and accomplish my goals.
When you support the VVBC Scholarship Fund, you support young people like her. And even more than that, I firmly believe that our graduates, equipped for lives of purpose, service, and leadership, are needed by our country, perhaps more than ever.
Warmly,
Steve O’Neil
