Voting Form for Changing the SCBA Constitution

 A motion to change the constitution to authorise future AGMs via electronic means

1.             This meeting agrees to change §18 of the constitution of SCBA as set out below.

 Currently, §18 begins: 

“18.  The Annual General Meeting of the Association shall be held in Surrey not later than the end of July every year.”

 This part shall be replaced with: 

“18.  The Annual General Meeting of the Association shall be held not later than the end of July every year.  It may be held at a physical meeting in Surrey, or via an appropriate electronic application such as video-conferencing or email.”

 The remaining part of §18 shall remain unchanged.
