| Pairs Competition for the Beck Salver 2025 |
The club's Pairs Championship Competition for the Beck Salver will take place on Sunday 26 January, starting at 1pm at the clubhouse.
This is one of the club premier events, attracting Blue Masterpoints.
Members of all abilities are very welcome to take part. This year we are introducing a new prize for the highest placed non-expert pair (you and your partner must have an average NGS of under 10)
We will play 36-42 boards with a break at half time for tea/coffee and light refreshments. Play is expected to finish by 6.00-6.30pm.
This event isn't hosted, but if you'd like to play and don't have a partner, please email Liza who will try to find you one.
Entry fee: £10.00 per player, to include refreshments.
The closing date for entries is 10am on Saturday 25 January. This event will only run if we have at least 3 full tables .
