(Google MEET)

OBC has the benefit of a G Suite licence by virtue of being a charity. In the current circumstances of Covid-19 Google have relaxed some licensing conditions on their software with the result that club members who have an email address of the form Firstname.Surname@oxfordbridgeclub.com are able to use the Google Meet software until at least the end of September 2020.

Click on https://meet.google.com/, sign in to your @oxfordbridgeclub.com G Suite account and off you go.

There are other options

There are multiple other options that may require either payment or licencing. Usually it is only the host that is required to have a licence - the others participants in the call can either download a free app or can simply use a web browser.

If one of your community already has a licence for one of these environments then it is likely that the product can be used to host a meeting with others.
