With reference to the Data Protection Act, I agree to allow the details I provided eg my address/phone numbers/e-mail to be stored by the club and shared via our annual booklet online or hard copy or if you use our Find a Partner service. We never show home addresses but if, for example, you only wish for one of your phone numbers to be published, just let us know.  
The Club will not pass your details on to any other organisations.
