The management team have approved the complete remodelling of the kitchen.
This work will commence on Monday 31/10/2016 and is estimated to last 4 weeks.
Individual Bridge sessions are impacted as follows:
Monday Afternoon (Anne Jones sessions) - These sessions will be closed for the duration of the work.
Monday Evening - Unaffected, these sessions will run.
Tuesday Morning - Unaffected, these sessions will run (Gwynn Davis will review this on a weekly basis).
Tuesday Afternoon - These sessions will be held at an alternative location (Steve Webb will advise).
Tuesday Evening - Unaffected, these sessions will run.
Wednesday Afternoon - These sessions will be closed for the duration of the work.
Wednesday Evening - Unaffected, these sessions will run.
Thursday Afternoon - These sessions will be closed for the duration of the work.
Thursday Evening - These sessions will run.
Friday Morning - These sessions will be held in the committee room. Existing players only please as there is limited room.
As a separate project, the Bridge office will be dry-lined and insulated during the period that the kitchen is being revamped. This work is estimated to take 3 days.
As with much building work, there will inevitably be some dust and you may wish to wear suitable clothing.
These significant improvements to the club will benefit all members, so we ask for your patience during this period.
