Since it now seems unlikely that we will be able to re‑open the club and sell drinks at the bar this year, we have cleared out the bar stocks and are offering them for sale to any members who would like them. See the pictures for what is available at the special sale prices.
If interested, please contact Ollie at the club or on 07469 877918 to arrange a time to come and collect items from the club. If coming by car, please note that the gate across the driveway is now in use, but Ollie can give you the padlock combination to gain access to the yard.

Interested in learning bridge? Know someone who might be? We can help!

It is also the most social of games—you will make many new friends and have a lifetime of entertainment ahead of you. Bridge can easily be learnt and played online and we are now offering a beginners’ course for those with no previous experience of the game. See more details, and tell your non‑playing bridge friends about it!

We hold online games every Monday and Friday at 7.30pm on BBO—payment in BB$. Please note that wherever possible we now use movements that maximise the number of pairs you meet during a session and minimise the chance of playing the same pair again. They also produce a single winning pair per session as is traditional at the club. [See more…]
