Dear Members,

As part of the ongoing activity for the possible sale of 38 Bridgeman Terrace we reviewed the vote held at the EGM of 18^th June 2024. The outcome as you are aware was to reject the offer. We are trying to understand the reasons and consider how we take this forward. The Committee wish to have your view on the outcome of the vote and to provide you the opportunity to highlight any additional comments you feel may be relevant to the current situation.
