Making payments:

At Warrington Bridge Club, we do our best to avoid handling cash or cheques, and ask that all payments are made by bank transfer into the Club bank account: sort code 20 29 50, account number 9395 5567. We request payments include a surname as a reference when making a payment, so we can identify who has made each payment.

Joining Fee:

When a new member joins the Club, he/she will be asked to pay a joining fee at the time. The current joining fee is £10. It includes membership of Alford Hall, except for those players who only play on-line. 

A new member will not be asked to pay an annual subscription until the January following the date of their joining. There are no pro-rata reductions in joining fee dependent on what time of the year the person joins.

Annual Subscription:

The Club operates on a calendar year basis. The annual subscription falls due each January. The current annual subscription is £10. It includes membership of Alford Hall, except for those players who only play on-line.

The annual subscription will be billed in early January each year, together with session fees (if any) incurred in the preceding charging period (October, November & December).

Session fees:

Current charges for our sessions are as follows, per person:

Face-to-face Club sessions                              £3.00  (Visitors are welcome to attend Club sessions. The first 3 sessions are free, after which you will be expected to join the Club)

Face-to-face teaching sessions                       £3.00  

On-line sessions (RealBridge)                       £1.00 (Tuesday RealBridge) and £3.00 (Friday RealBridge) (Visitors are welcome to play in our on-line sessions, but the session fee is £5.00 per person, payable at the time)                      

Please note there will be occasional special sessions, eg Charity events, where the charge might be different, but in such cases the charge for the event will be advertised.

Charging periods:

We charge for sessions in arrears, every three months. Our charging periods are

January, February, March: members billed in early April

April, May, June: members billed in early July

July, August, September: members billed in early October

October, November, December: members billed in early January, including annual subscription
