| NEW Hostess Rota – How It Works |
- A hostess will be available every week EXCEPT for major competitions.
- Every member will be assigned one date between September and June to be the hostess, in alphabetical order.
- If you are looking for a partner text Eileen Murphy BEFORE 5PM ON TUESDAY
- Eileen will send texts on Tuesday evenings to inform every one of their partner and advise the hostess if they are needed.
If the hostess’s regular partner wants to play but has not arranged a partner, they must text Eileen by 5pm on Tuesday. Eileen will try to pair the hostess with their regular partner if the numbers allow.
