This Web Site is used for the purpose of uploading the results of the Supervised Play Sessions held at Oake Village Hall on the first, third and - when they happen - fifth Friday mornings of each month, commencing at 10 a.m.   These Supervised Play Sessions are for those who already play Bridge and, ideally, have taken a formal course of lessons, and who are seeking to gain experience and confidence before joining a Club.  If interested, please contact Tony Morgan  - mrgntony@yahoo.com

4 June 2026 -Trull Bridge Group

Unusually, we had joint winners today - Val & Maggie and Jeremy & Peter, both on 61.67%.   Well done!  Next sessions: 11 & 18 June (Sheree in charge)

5 June 2026 - Oake SPG

Our winners today were Bridget & Allan N/S and Jonathan & Richard E/W, both pairs topping 60% (as did Peter & Ann, in 2nd place N/S).  The fixed deal was Board 7, which was just an exercise in maximising the number of tricks you can safely make.  I'm afraid no West player made eleven tricks, but Pair 10's West player is absolved because he got a Heart lead, which makes eleven tricks impossible (unless the defence slip up later in the play)    Next session: 19 June, Carmen in charge
