This Web Site is used for the purpose of uploading the results of the Supervised Play Sessions held at Oake Village Hall on the first, third and - when they happen - fifth Friday mornings of each month, commencing at 10 a.m.   These Supervised Play Sessions are for those who already play Bridge and, ideally, have taken a formal course of lessons, and who are seeking to gain experience and confidence before joining a Club.  If interested, please contact Tony Morgan  - mrgntony@yahoo.com

5 March 2026 -Trull Bridge Group

Valerie & George top this time, with Alex & Tony in second place, each topping 60%.  Well done to both pairs.   Board 7 must have been a bit strange - no one in  more than a modest part-score, yet every declarer went down!  Next session: 19 March.  No session on 12 March because of the conflicting charity event at Oake.

6 March 2026 - Oake SPG

Our winners today N/S were Richard & Karen, while E/W it was Elizabeth & Jennifer with a massive 75%.  Board 5 was the fixed one.  Well done to the two pairs who bid and made 3NT but commiserations to Pair 1, who bid 3NT but went one off on the lead of a low Heart (it is easier to make if the lead is the HA or some other suit entirely).   Next session: 20 March.
