26 March 2026 -Trull Bridge Group

The winners today were Sheree & Wotsisname, a little ahead of Lieve & Elizabeth and Valerie & George, tied in second place. Shame I can't remember much about Board 9;  it must have been unusual, as every N/S pair made 12 or 13 tricks, yet no one bid a slam, and in fact only one pair even bid to game.   Next session: 2 April.

20 March 2026 - Oake SPG

Linda & Cheryl were top today N/S, by a whisker, Alison & Alan leading the pack E/W.   The fixed board was Board 3, which was meant to be played by West in 4 Hearts, a contract which can be made (see commentary).  Two Wests did at least bid to game - but both got doubled and went down!   Next session: 17 April.   There will be no session on 3 April, as it is Good Friday.
