This Web Site is used for the purpose of uploading the results of the Supervised Play Sessions held at Oake Village Hall on the first, third and - when they happen - fifth Friday mornings of each month, commencing at 10 a.m.   These Supervised Play Sessions are for those who already play Bridge and, ideally, have taken a formal course of lessons, and who are seeking to gain experience and confidence before joining a Club.  If interested, please contact Tony Morgan  - mrgntony@yahoo.com

3 September 2026 -Trull Bridge Group

Alex & Tony won comfortably today but, from 2nd down to 6th, the field was very tightly packed, Lindsay & David being the 'best of the rest'.  Next session: 17 September.   PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE NO SESSIONS on 10 September and 1 October, as I shall be away on those dates.

21 August 2026 - Oake SPG

Bridget & Allan were comfortable winners today, on 66.67%, with Maggie & Sue in second place.   The fixed Board was Board 9, on which it was possible to make a small slam in Clubs, even on the lead of the SK.  No one bid the slam. Only one pair made twelve tricks but they received the helpful lead of the DA!    Next session: 4 September.    PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE NO SESSION on 2 October, as I shall be away on that date.
