1.  Tables set up - it seems to work that whoever arrives first helps to put the tables out.  If it turns out that it is always left to the same people we may have to ask for                volunteers for a rota.
2.  Jean I-J will take responsibility for checking and ordering stationery
3.   Refreshments - Barbara W and Jean W will take responsibility for this starting
in May. Jean I-J will do until then.
4.  Members liaison role. - Barbara Walker will keep list of members and contacts.  Barbara is the contact if you need a partner so please let her know if you are available to play and/or want a game.
5.  Paula Hopkinson has resigned from the committee as she is unable to attend any meetings and very few club nights owing to work commitments.  She has been involved with the club for many years and we thank her for her help in the past.  If anyone would like to be co-opted to the committee in her place please let us know.  Thank you.
6.  Duplimating the boards.  Pete Bowen is happy to do this at the moment as long as we collect and deliver the boards to him in Ickford.  He used to share this role with another member.  Jean Wadsworth has agreed to have the second duplimate machine.  After training in the use of the machine she will then share the role with Pete.  
Barbara J will get the machine serviced before Jean W takes this on.
7.  Webpage administration is currently managed by Pete Bowen.  He is very happy to continue doing this.  However, we do need another person trained to do this.  Please volunteer if you think this is something that you can do.
8.  Our most pressing need is for people to direct the sessions at the club.  We have people who can do it in normal times.  Currently Pete is not well, Keith has had covid and is about to now go on holiday.  Neither will be available until May.  Paul Morris will do one session a month for us and so Christine is unfortunately being asked to direct quite a lot of the time.  Christine will be moving house in July so will have other pressures on her time for a while.  If you think you could occasionally direct a session for us please let us know.  The club will pay for any training that you feel you need.
Barbara Jordan said that she would put together a News sheet for members in hard copy but also to go on website so that all members are aware.
