The AGM will be held on the 10th June 2026 at 1:45pm.
The agenda is on the club noticeboard and on this website here. The minutes from the 2025 AGM are available here .
Nominations for next year's committee members must reach the Secretary in writing no later than 27th May.
Similarly, any proposed motion for discussion must also be submitted to the Secretary by 27th May.

Congratulations to Phil Rattenbury & Jeff Smithson, winners of the Avon Cup, scoring 63.1%.
Ann Bruckshaw & Paul Ribbich were a close second with 62.5%
