Only one player from each pair in the list of finalists should submit this form.  This form should not be used by anybody else.

The entry fee is £15.00 per player, i.e. £30 per pair.  The entry fee includes tea/coffee, sandwiches and cake.

This event will be an all-play-all movement with 21 x 2-board rounds planned.  There will be a short break for refreshments.

It is important that the Confirmation Form is submitted and the entry fee is paid by March 1st in case we need to call up reserves to maintain the all-play-all movement.

Leading pairs, normally 4, will qualify for the EBU’s Corwen Trophy which will now be played on May 30th/31st at Telford.  The County will pay their entry fee.
