The forms below can be used to order sandwiches (by Wednesday October 26th at 10pm) for the weekend of the joint Sussex/Kent GP events on :-

• Saturday October 29th (GP Swiss Pairs),
• Sunday October 30th (GP Swiss Teams).

Payment for sandwiches can be made by submitting the relevant order form and independently making an Internet Banking or Telephone Banking payment to :-

• Sort Code : 20-49-76
• Account Number : 53941868
• Account Name : 'Sussex County Contract Bridge Association Competitions Account' 
• using the Reference Code 'Food' followed by your name

If you are going to place sandwich orders for both days, one payment may be made to cover both orders but please make this clear in the 'Comments'  fields of both order forms.

Notes :-

• After your order has been accepted by BridgeWebs, an automated email will be sent to the email address specified as the "Email Address for Acknowledgements" so please take particular care when entering this value.  All orders for sandwiches will be collated and forwarded to the caterers.
