I hereby give notice that the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Street Bridge Club will be held at the Victoria Club, Street on Thursday 16^th April commencing at 1.15pm, followed by the usual session of bridge.

The business of the AGM will include adoption of the Audited Accounts for the year, reports of the Club’s activities for the year, the election of officers and committee members and to consider any properly notified resolutions.

Nominations for the vacancies of officers and committee members and any resolutions to be put to the AGM shall be received by the Chair not less than seven days before the meeting, that is before 9^th April. The final agenda will then be circulated to all members.

Please note that the Club has been operating without a Secretary for some while and that I, as Chair, am not seeking re-election this year. These two posts really do require filling.

Please note that from Thursday 12th March the Thursday face to face sessions will commence at 1.30pm.

There was a majority in favour of having a formal tea break but this will be restricted to 10 minutes at most.

The club offers two sessions of Duplicate Bridge a week - a Club face-to-face session and an on-line RealBridge session. Visitors are always welcome.

The club meets in the Victoria Sports and Social Club (see Information for details & location) and refreshments are provided. Ample parking is available.
