This section contains details of the various ladders and competitions that the club runs as well as historical information about club champions and notable achievements.

Competition Rules

The Competition Year runs from 1^st April until 31^st March.  Ladders can only be won by Members, single night Trophy Events are open to all.

Pairs Ladders

Split into two events Monday (F2F) and Thursday (BBO). The winners are the Pairs who accumulate the greatest number of Master Points during the year.  Both players must be Members to score.

Teams Ladder

Squads of up to five players are allowed of whom four play each month on the second Monday of the month.  If a Team fields only three members of their squad or only three of the players are Members then only 75% of the Master Points count towards the ladder.  The winners are the Team that accumulates the greatest number of Master Points during the year.

Individual Ladder

Points can only be scored when playing with another Member.  A maximum of the best four scores with any other one Member during the year are taken.  There is no limit on the number of partners that can count. There is no limit on the number of events to count and all Pairs and Teams events count.  The winner is the person who accumulates the greatest number of Master Points during the year.

TaraStan X-IMPs Ladder Trophy

Won by the Member who accumulates the greatest number of X-IMPs in Teams events during the year.

Roy Seaman Trophy

Awarded to the player who accumulates the greatest number of Master Points in the year without winning any of the Ladder events.

Other Trophy Events are single night Pairs events and are open to non-Members.
