Notice is hereby given that
AN EXTRAODINARY GENERAL MEETING
of the
Staffordshire & Shropshire Contract Bridge Association
will be held at 5 p.m. on ZOOM
Tuesday, 8th October 2024.
To ratify decisions made at the inquorate Annual General Meeting:
- Amendments in the Constitution relating to Officers of the Management Committee (Clause 3.1); clarification of the Treasurer’s duties (Clause 3.5) and County Membership (Clauses 4.3 and 4.6); and amendment of the quorum from fifteen to eight (Clause 6.1),
- The Election of Officers.
- Retaining the level of County Membership and UMS fees at £5 and 6p.
