*ZOOM Jane Sheehan, our Treasurer, will convene the meeting on Zoom, and if you want to attend you must provide her with your e-mail address so she can send the electronic invitation details to you personally. She will also give you her mobile phone number in case you are having difficulties. So, beforehand you will need to download Zoom onto a suitable laptop or phone which has microphone/sound/speaker facilities so that you can hear and be heard (and video if you want to see people or be seen).

When you email her, please include me in the mail shot, because I shall need to know who will be attending, and I shall also want to send you copies of the Reports for the AGM.
N.B. Reports will be emailed to those who let me know that they will be attending the meeting and to those who would like sight of them but cannot attend the meeting.
Last-minute items for the Agenda should be sent to me by 25th August.
