On 20 February 2026 a resident served notice on St Georges Park Limited (SGPL) of their intention to take SGPL to the First-Tier Tribunal.
The action deals with the service charge for 2024.

A request to inspect the Service Charge Accounts under Section 22 Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 was denied. Some access to supporting information was provided but the landlord denied access to all the relevant documents to enable a review of the Service Charge accounts under section 22.

1. Determinations under Section 27A regarding liability to pay and reasonableness of service charges;
2. Confirmation that St Georges Park Ltd has failed to comply with its obligations under Sections 21 and 22;
3. Directions as to the scope and standard of disclosure required for future service charge years;
4. Confirmation that under the terms of the lease service charge payments from leaseholders can be used to fund the provision of a Shop, Restaurant, Bar and Cafe.
4. An order under Section 20C preventing recovery of the landlord’s legal and professional costs through the service charge;
5. An order under Paragraph 5A of Schedule 11 to the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 reducing or extinguishing administration charges relating to litigation costs.
6. Award my costs and prevent the landlord from recovering them through the service charge. |
At a meeting of the RA committee on 16 June 2026 it was decided not to support the resident's application.
As of 20 June 2026 there was no statement available from SGPL for prospective buyers/sellers.
