The Ife Cup
The Ife Cup is held on the first Thursday of each month. It is a competition for partnerships and is run over the whole of the club’s year, starting in September and running through to the following August; the pairs' six best scores count towards their total score.
Until 2022-3 the competition was scored using 'Selsdon Competition Points' which allocated points on a combination of position to the top half of the field and points for percentages over 50%. From 2023-4 the competition is scored solely using percentages counting towards the total.

The Memorial Bowl |
The Memorial Bowl
The Memorial Bowl is held on all Thursdays during the club’s year with the exception of the first Thursdays (the Ife Cup) and other competitions held occasionally throughout the year. It is a competition for individuals with only the best two results with each partner and the best twelve results overall counting towards their total.

The Pairs Championship is a match-pointed pairs event played over two weeks. This event is only open to members who are available both weeks. EBU Master points are awarded at District level. The winners earn the right to represent the Club in the Mary Edwards Cup - Surrey CBA's competition for Club Pairs Champions.

The Mixed Pairs Championship is a match-pointed pairs event, open to members only.

The Teams Plate
The Teams Championship is a multiple teams competition open to members only. It is scored by IMPs converted to VPs for each match. The winners earn the right to represent the Club in the Wanborough Cup - Surrey CBA's competition for Club Teams Champions.

Teams of Three Championship |
The Rosemary Fellows Trophy
Teams of Three is a form of bridge unique to Selsdon Bridge Club. Each player spends about a third of the evening playing with each team mate. The remaining third is spent playing in an individual section where in each round the partners 'borrow' each other to complete a team of four. Over the years it has become very popular and is now an established annual event. The tournament is open to non-members.

The Denny Wade Memorial Trophy
The Handicap Teams Competition consists of pairs made up into teams based on the average national grading of the pair. The highest graded pair is matched with lowest graded pair, the second graded pair with second to lowest graded pair etc so producing teams of a similar average grade.

The 'All Time Winners' records all wins from 1981 to August 2013 when the club started using Bridgewebs. Each win or equal first place was awarded 1 point.
