The second page can be used for news stories of general interest to members, but not necessarily "hot" news which is usually on the home page. Once a Hot News story becomes old news, just open it and change the page it shows on.

Regular Game Schedule

The following schedule is our regular game schedule. Be sure to check the Calendar of Events for special games.

Find out about Masterpoints below. If you have none, then you might want to choose any of the games called “Novice” or “Invitational.”

Monday Afternoon Open Pairs

• from 1:00 to 4:15
• a stratified open game for any players with any number of points
• strats vary depending on the turnout at each game

Monday Evening Novice Pairs

• from 7:00 to 10:15. Come early at 6:30 as there is always a mini-lesson and question answering session before the game
• a novice game in which both players must have under 150 points
• beginners are particularly welcome to this ‘coaching’ game during which you may ask for help with any bid or play. This is a stratified event.
• strats vary depending on the turnout at each game

Tuesday Afternoon Under 750 Game

• from 1:00 to 4:15
• a stratified game in which both players must have fewer than 750 masterpoints.
• the fourth Tuesday afternoon of each month, a team game is held
• strats vary depending on the turnout at each game

Wednesday Evening Master-Rookie Game

• from 7:00 to 10:15
• a stratified game in which at least one player of a partnership must have fewer than 300 points
• the second Wednesday evening of each month, a team game is held, in which one player in each partnership on the team has fewer than 300 points
• beginners are particularly welcome to these games

Thursday Afternoon “4 is Enuf” Pairs

• from 1:00 to 4:15
• 2 person partnerships – any player with 2000 or more points counts as a 3, any player between 500 and 1999 counts as a 2 and any player under 500 counts as a 1. No partnership may have players that add up to a total greater than 4.
• a stratified game with strats that vary depending on the turnout at each game

Thursday Evening Newcomer Pairs

Saturday Afternoon “8 is Enough” Team Games

– 1st, 3rd, & 5th SATURDAY OF EACH MONTH ONLY

• from 1:00 to 4:15
• 4 person teams – any player with 1000 or more points counts as a 3, any player between 300 and 1000 counts as a 2 and any player under 300 counts as a 1 . No team may have players that add up to a total greater than 8 and each team may have no more than one player who has more than 1000 points.
