Submit Scoring Error
Scoring Error Request Form

PLEASE READ THESE PARAGRAPHS BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR REQUEST.

Fill in the form below to request a check of a possible scoring error.  All requests must be submitted within the correction period as per the Club's Correction Period Policy.  For STaC games, the correction period ends at 5:00 PM on the day of the game. Therefore, this form may not be used for STaC games.  Additionally, this form may not be used for Sectional Tournaments.  For all other Club games, the correction period ends at 11:00 PM on the evening of the game in question.

Please note that scoring errors that involve contract corrections or a dispute of a possible overtrick or undertrick must be verified with the opponents before any correction can be made.  It is the player's responsibility to obtain verification from the opponents.  The table result will stand if the score cannot be verified, if the form is incomplete, or if the request is submitted after the expiration of the correction period.  Scores that involve a simple Bridgemate entry error involving the direction of the contract will be corrected without additional verification so long as the contract and result remain the same and the correction appears to be logical.
