The EBU Blue Book is a simplified handbook for bridge players that covers permitted systems, bidding guidelines, and table conduct, while the EBU White Book is a more detailed guide for Tournament Directors on official rulings, procedures, and technical matters.  Here is an updated versions of the Blue and White Books:

The content of these books applies to all events held on or after 7th August 2023. Please be tolerant of players who don’t get all the updated procedures exactly right straight away.
