| Where are we? |
We are now playing at the Garden Plaza Retirement Community. It can be found at 545 N Garden Plaza Court. From I-90, take Exit 7 to the ID-41 offramp. Go to Mullan Road and turn left (west). Shortly after you pass Walmart, look for the driveway on the left. Click here for a link to see a map. Please park in the main parking lot in front of the building, and check in at the front desk.

| Interesting Hand - March 31st |
Show Detail |
I opened the hand records today, and board 23 jumped out at me. West holds 8 running diamonds and 22 HCP. I would open the hand 2♣ , to which my partner would respond 2♦ . Then I noticed all the ♦ contracts were played in the West. After looking again, I realized South opened 1♠ . Now as West I am stuck. If I overcall 2♦ it could be passed by my partner. With only 2 losers in my hand I would be very tempted to plop down 6♦ as my bid. I will be curious to talk to the 4 pairs that bid and made 6♦ to see how they got there.
