friendliest duplicate bridge game. We plan to have a game every
Tuesday afternoon at 12:00.
All games are now upgraded ACBL Special Events
with double or more points.

| Where are we? |
We are now playing at the Garden Plaza Retirement Community. It can be found at 545 N Garden Plaza Court. From I-90, take Exit 7 to the ID-41 offramp. Go to Mullan Road and turn left (west). Shortly after you pass Walmart, look for the driveway on the left. Click here for a link to see a map. Please park in the main parking lot in front of the building, and check in at the front desk.

Something a little different today - Many E/W pairs commented on only playing 4 or 5 hands. While today's game definitely favored N/S, I looked at the hand records for the game, and E/W had the highest contract available on 10 of the 27 boards (1,5,9,12,19,20,23,25,25,27). Not a great day, but with 27 boards in play 13.5 is half the boards. My suggestion is don’t let the opps push you around, and don’t be scared to sacrifice.
I was surprised to see that almost half the N/S pairs played board 15 in ♣ . After North opens 1♣ East will probably bid 1♥ . Depending on partnership agreement South can now bid 1♠ or X. That should alert North to the ♠ fit, and they can march on to game. Nice job to the 5 pairs that bid and made the game.
