Welcome to Neatishead Bridge Group
We are a friendly, relaxed duplicate bridge group. We currently average about 8 or 9 tables per session.
We meet every Friday (more or less!) at New Victory Hall in Neatishead. The hall is open from 9.30am and we ask that players are seated by 9.45 so we can start play at about 9.55.
With 6 or more tables we play a 2-winner Mitchell movement.
There is a refreshment break after the first 3 rounds when you can help yourself to tea, coffee and (wrapped) biscuits.
The session ends by 1pm.
There is no membership fee. Table money is £3.50 per player. Contactless payment only.
You must have a partner - see below if you need help.
We have special events at Easter and Christmas.

| Christmas party 2024 |
We had our Christmas party on Friday 20th December.
We played bridge as usual, but with prizes given for the winners in each direction and for the "Trick with a 2" competition. After the presentation of prizes, 34 of us retired to the White Horse for a Christmas lunch.
The food was good, the drink was good, and the company was excellent! A lovely event.
The North/South prize went to John and Maggie.
East/West honours went to Jeff and Sue.
Vivienne won the Trick with a 2 prize.
Mal tried his best to win the Trick with a 2...
Sarah and Ian somehow managed to choose the same outfit!
