Bridge:    Table numbers have been increased to 14 for this day, to allow as many as possible to play bridge before attending the AGM.

Quorum:  For the meeting to proceed we need at least 15% of the total financial membership to attend. (Membership 170. therefore 15% = 26)
Important dates:
Members wishing to put business before the AGM must state that business in writing to the Secretary before 4 pm Friday 10 July 2026. Any such written notice must be included in the Notice of AGM supplied to the membership by 15 July 2026.
The Secretary must send Notice of the AGM, the Agenda of the AGM and written notice of any Special Resolutions to all financial members by email, 21 days before the AGM (by  Wednesday 15 July 2026).

Information about Special Resolutions will be available to members by 15 July 2026.
Nominations for candidates for President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and 3 ordinary committee members must be received by the secretary by 5.00 pm on Monday 29 July 2026. (7 days prior to the meeting).
Nomination forms will be available at the clubhouse and must be signed by the candidate and two nominees.

All completed nomination forms to be handed to, or emailed, to the secretary Ruth Perris.

Nominees for President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer are invited to submit in writing their suitability for the position (one A4 page with minimum 12 point font).
This will be displayed on the website and in a folder at the clubhouse 6 days before the AGM.
Catering: To assist the catering team, please register your intention to attend the AGM, or your apology, by completing the form below, by 5.00 pm on Wednesday 29 July 2026.
