Welcome to Lucan Bridge Club. We play Duplicate every Wednesday   @ 7.30 in the Springfield Hotel Leixlip. We have a membership of  50, ranging from Novice to Master, and typically 7  tables each Wednesday.

It is with great sadness that I wish to let you know that David Redmond passed away in the early hours of Sunday 21st June. Our thoughts are with David's wife, Teresa, his children Cathy, Sinéad, Aisling and Sean and his grandchildren, who were his shining lights. They have given of their time lovingly and unstintingly to his care and wellbeing during his illness and indeed have had long vigils at his bedside in Beaumont Hospital. We in the Bridge Community are well aware of David's magnificent contribution to the Bridge clubs of Celbridge, Palmerstown, Lucan, Westmanstown and Clondalkin. He was a master player of the game, who also directed our weekly games for decades, with diligence and great good humour. His commitment to the Clubs of which he was a member is without parallel and he will be hugely missed. May David Rest in Peace.
