PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

Kenley Bridge Club routinely collects personal data from its members for administration and for communication with members in the legitimate interests of the functioning of the club for its stated purpose of playing bridge.

The data is collected through membership application and/or renewal forms. The data consists of names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and bridge scores.

DATA STORAGE and USE

Names and scores are also input into ScoreBridge which processes the bridge scores and are also displayed using Bridgewebs.

ScoreBridge and Bridgewebs are not free to pass on names to other organisations.

If you wish to see the personal data we hold about you, or if you wish your data to be removed or corrected you should contact the Kenley Bridge Web Manager.

We normally keep information of a lapsed or deceased member but will delete it if requested to do so by a former member or next of kin.
