| AGM Notice |
We hereby give notice that the 4th Annual General Meeting of the Hoby Bridge Club will be held at Hoby Village Hall on Thursday 11th June at 7.15pm.
Your attendance is kindly requested, and a free session of bridge will follow.
You may wish to familiarise yourself with the minutes from last year’s meeting which can be found on the Hoby Bridge Club website.
Should you wish any matters to be dealt with at the meeting, please put this in writing on the following email address hoby@bridgewebsemail.com and make for the attention of Sue Hendry at least 7 days before the AGM.
Nominations for the position of secretary are invited as this position is vacant; Sue will remain on the committee but needs to stand down as Secretary due to family matters.
Applications for any of the positions on the committee need to be put in writing to the above email address along with a signed proposer and seconder, no later than 7 days before the AGM.
