Please join us on Sunday 12th April for a 36 board Swiss Pairs event to be held at the Hursley Sports and Social Club. The Clubhouse is conveniently located near Winchester - 10 mins from M3 J12 and there is ample free parking at the venue. Directions to be found here: https://www.hursleyclub.org/directions. Start time 13:00 Entry fee is GBP10- per player and includes: • Sandwiches during the 30 min break • Help yourself tea, coffee and water throughout the event • A voucher for a drink (wine, beer or soft drink) in the Hursley clubhouse bar post event to celebrate, commiserate, (castigate??!! ;-) and discuss hands. Once there are 22 entries, additional entries may not be accepted immediately - the director will wait until he has an even number of pairs before accepting additional entries - but please still enter.

The results of the competition will use the names of the people in your team as confirmed on the day of the competition and will be made public, retained and kept for posterity with no delete by date; Your performance in the competition may be publicly reported on, using the names of the team members as confirmed on the day of the competition. Other information provided in this form (email address, telephone number and private comments) will not be made public and all data submitted via this form will be deleted less than a year after the event is held.
