Broxbourne Celebrate 50 years

Broxbourne Bridge Club recently achieved a  major milestone, reaching their 50th Anniversary. They celebrated with an all-day event in the wonderful setting of Brickendon Grange Golf Club.  For a detailed report of the proceedings, please click here..

How to enter HBA events

Entries can be made online. Go to the page for the specific competition you are interested in, using the links on the left hand side of this page.

For payments and postal entries, please note that the Green Pointed weekends, held jointly with Essex, are administered differently from HBA's other events:

Swiss Pairs /
Swiss Teams

Postal entries can be made to Mrs Linda Fleet, 64 Gandalfs Ride, South Woodham Ferrers, Essex, CM3 5WS.

Payment should be made in advance, either

  • by bank transfer to Herts & Essex, account number 00252078, sort code 30-90-69; or
  • by sending a cheque to the address above. Cheques should be payable to "H&E Swiss".
All other HBA events

Postal entries can be made to the HBA Tournament Secretary at 13 Sish Close, Stevenage SG1 3LT.

Payments can be made

  • on the day;
  • by bank transfer to Hertfordshire Bridge Association, account number 33945168, sort code 30-93-89;
  • by sending a cheque to the Tournament Secretary at the address above. Cheques should be made payable to "Hertfordshire Bridge Association" (please do not abbreviate this).
