Monday Tournaments start promptly at 7pm. The event is listed 2 hours before start for registration or partnership desk.
Table money is $BB2.00 per player.
Where possible 21 Boards are played - standard pace @ 7 minutes per board – no restrictions on conventions. Robots will be used (to make up the numbers)

Please make sure that you have sufficient BB$ in your account before attempting to register (or that your partner has enough to pay for both players). To buy $BB follow this Link with your username/password and credit card to hand
HSOBC have a list of players allowed to play. If you want to invite a friend as a guest you need to let us know in advance to enable time to add them to our list of players. Don't leave it until the last minute.
To register, log on to BBO and under 'Play or Watch Bridge' click 'Competitive' and then click 'All Tournaments'.
Then either scroll down to our event is listed Pairs HeartsofSussex BC or alternatively type Hearts on the search line to the top right.
Click on the event (not the host's name) and you will be asked to nominate your partner and if you want to pay for him/her.
If he/she is logged into BBO and accepts the invitation you will both be registered in the tournament and you need do nothing else and at the start time you will be taken to the event and your first opponents.
If you click on the word “Entries” you will see a list of all the players who have entered (including your own names) - this list updates in real time.
If you do not have a partner you will see at the top an item saying 'Partnership Desk' if you click on that you will see a list of any others looking for a partner and you can invite one of them or you can add your name to the list and wait to be invited.
Anyone can join the partnership desk but if they are not on our list of members and friends, they will not be allowed to join the event
Please be registered in the event on BBO 5 or 10 minutes before the start. Remember that both you and your partner need to be logged on to BBO to do this.
The tournament start is an automated process - There is very little TD discretion. So please make sure you are logged in on time.
