The 2026 AGM will be held on Microsoft Teams on 26th June 2026 at 6.45 pm, before our usual evening session on BBO joint with Watford and Bushey BC. To access the meeting, please click on the link in the meeting notice emailed to members on 25 June. The link should take you directly to the meeting page where you then will be admitted to the meeting by the organiser. The link and joining instructions are also given in the HK Notice of AGM 2026 document, link below. However, in case of any problems, further access details (including by phone) are given at the end of this message.
