FARNHAM BRIDGE CLUB SYLVIA ROSE 2019/20 - ENTRY FORM

This is Farnham Bridge Club's winter league event for teams, scheduled over 11 Wednesday evenings from 25 September 2019 to March 2020.

We now have a full complement of 16 teams, so are only looking for reserves, who can still put their names down using the form below.  They don't need to pay anything, not even table money on a night they play.

For the benefit of those teams who have already entered, but want to check the payment details, the entry fee is £130 per team.  Teams need to pay on or before the first night of the competition, either by bank transfer (preferred), or with a single cheque payable to Farnham Bridge Club.  Bank details are:  account name Farnham Bridge Club, sort code 09-01-51 and account number 65409304, with the reference being your captain's name.
