Donated by M J & Mrs E A de Winter in 1970. Mike was club Chairman for four years during the 1970's and served as club Treasurer from 1978 to 2004. A members-only event, the cup is awarded for the Ladies Pairs Championship which is played as a single session event (Howell or Scrambled Mitchell) usually taking place on the third Wednesday in March in conjunction with the Men's Pairs (see Hitch Cup). Ties are split using EBU regulations.
