Donated by Steve Burton and Karen & Malcolm Pryor, who were the first winners. Awarded to the winners of the knock-out teams competition, introduced in January 2007.

A members-only event for teams of four, completed over two sessions in April and May. The April session is a qualifying round of Multiple Teams from which the top four teams qualify for the final round in May. Ties are split using EBU regulations.

The final is played as a 24-board all-play-all event.

Up to two substitutes are allowed in the final - but they must be members who have not played for a different team in the qualifying round.
