Two Over One Bidding
A Modern System Complete and From the Beginning
Start your morning with a very special bridge lesson series from NABC champion and ABTA master teacher, Kevin Wilson. The class covers the bidding system 2 over 1. This is the most popular system currently played in bridge. There are also two lessons on playing 1NT Forcing, a cornerstone convention of 2 over 1. The lessons will be presented on BBO & Zoom. You will get access to four classes over consecutive weeks, a short write-up of examples, and video replays for each class to watch at your leisure.
Monday October 5th from 9:00 AM - 9:50 AM EDT (GMT-4) Why Play 2/1? – I will answer the questions about why we are teaching 2/1 as the current modern system and help you understand the advantages and disadvantages of the system. This class will teach Max Hardy style. Monday October 12th from 9:00 AM - 9:50 AM EDT (GMT-4) Comparing 2/1 to Standard American – Bid basic hands in both systems to further your understanding of the differences between the approaches to bidding. Monday October 19th from 9:00 AM -9:50 AM EDT (GMT-4) 1NT Forcing Pt.1 – This is a cornerstone and must play convention in a 2/1 system. Monday October 26th from 9:00AM EST - 9:50 AM EDT (GMT-4) 1NT Forcing Pt.2 – More practice in 1NT forcing and reinforcing the rebids for both responder and opener.

One payment of $40 will get you access to all four lessons.
You will receive a confirmation email and instructions for the day of the event access. I will need your name, email address, and BBO name. Especially send me an email if you register by Venmo or Zelle. These payment methods won’t give me your email address. Recordings for each class will be available to watch at your leisure.
