Timings
- Check in is from 3pm on your day of arrival
- Check out is by 11am on your day of departure
- Breakfast is from 8am to 9:45am
- Dinner is at 6pm. You may take dinner later by prior arrangement with the hotel.
- Breakfast and dinner are both included in the amount you have paid.
Parking
The hotel has a small forecourt that can take about 2 cars. You can stop there to drop your bags off and then go and park if you wish, although the car park isn't that far away.
The car park is behind the hotel: turn right out of the forecourt, then turn right again and immediately right yet again. The car park has a threatening sign on it that it is only for guests of the Fairmount hotel, and a much smaller, easy to miss one saying that it's for the Collingwood as well.

If you have any room preferences, dietary needs, disability related requirements or anything else, you must deal with the hotel directly.

Do NOT ask reception - they will be unable to help as well as very confused.

* With so many of our guests still being in the early stages of their bridge journey, we recognise that some help may occasionally be required. However, since this is a competition, there needs to be a level-playing field regarding notes and advice. You will be allowed occasional reference to your notes and you may ask for help. You will not be told what to do, nor will you be given direct advice, but you will get a pointer or two to help you find your way forward. The extent of this will be entirely at the discretion of the director.
Evening Bridge: 7:30pm to 10pm
- Friday to Sunday
- Drop-in/Drop-Out Bridge
- No need to be there at the start or to stay to the end
- Merriment expected!
