PLEASE NOTE
CAN EVERYONE ENSURE THEY CONTACT (TEXT) MAUREEN IF THEY ARE PLAYING - BEFORE THE DAY OF PLAY.
WANNOCK HALL VERY KINDLY ORGANISE THE CHAIR CONFIGURATION ACCORDING TO THE NUMBER OF TABLES WE SAY WE NEED.
IF WE DON’T KNOW YOU ARE ATTENDING IT NEGATES THIS AND OUR WONDERFUL VOLUNTEERS THEN HAVE TO START FURNITURE SHIFTING.
IT ALSO AFFECTS THE MOVEMENT THAT WILL BE PLAYED WHICH MEANS THE SCORER HAS TO RE-SET THE MOVEMENT WHICH IS FRUSTRATING AND TIME CONSUMING
THANK YOU VERY MUCH

| Motion for AGM 2025 |
John Beattie has proposed an item for the AGM which is
The club adopt a more relaxed approach to bidding. What is the harm in asking what a bid means? This is especially important when playing with a new partner. Also vital for beginners. The club is in danger of being too competitive and as a result losing members.
This is for information only and to be discussed at the AGM. Please do not reply to the club. Thank you.
