Crawley Bridge has an active teaching programme with a Beginning Bridge course and a Development series for anyone who would like to develop their skills and improve their game. All our teaching is done at Grattons Indoor Bowls Club on Tuesday evenings. We use English Bridge Education and Development materials. All our teachers are EBED qualified and we have an outstanding record of helping people to start playing the great game of bridge and then improve their skills.
Beginning Bridge 2025
Our current BB Course started in October 2025 and will finish in June 2026.
It follows the EBED Red Book syllabus and all our teachers are EBED qualified.
The term dates are:-
T1. 30th September to 9th December.
T2. 6th January to 17th March 2026.
T3. 14th April to 9th June 2026.
Development
Our Development sessions use material from the EBED Green Book Continuing Bridge. It is intended to start the programme in July 2026 when the BB2025 course has finished.
