We are a friendly Bridge Club with around 30 members. We welcome people of all abilities and ages. Disabled access is available. We regularly have around 4 tables each week and run various friendly competitions through out the year with prize giving at the AGM. We charge an annual subscription of £10.00. Condover Duplicate Bridge Club is planning to run Friday afternoon bridge sessions on 10, 17 and 24 April instead of evening bridge on those weeks. We hope to attract more people to come and play, in particular any bridge players who don't wish to travel to Condover at night. Any one wishing to come as a visitor on those afternoons will be most welcome and will just pay the usual members table money of £2.00. We meet at Condover Village Hall and play will start at 1.30pm and finish at 4.30pm and we need people to arrive and be seated by 1.15pm. We hope as many of our existing members will find the afternoon convenient and be able to support us for this three weeks trial.

So that we can ensure that members are not too late home after bridge, the Committee have agreed that we should start a little earlier. Players need to arrive and be seated by 6.45 pm at the latest to ensure that there is no hold up in setting up the movement for the evening's bridge. We are aiming to finish playing by 10 pm.

We cannot guarantee that players arriving after that time will be able to participate in that evening's bridge.
