The Team Captain should make the entry for the whole team. The Captain and the Team Name will be publicly visible .
A minimum of four team members are required to make an entry using this form. Please check that your Team Name is not already being used - see Submission, below. Additional, 'Reserve' team members can be added after this form has been submitted, by emailing to the Email CBL League Secretary.
In one submission of this form you can enter one team of players to a face-to-face (f2f) division, or an online division, or both face-to-face and online. The cost for the whole season (of 6-8 matches depending on entries) is:
- On-line (RealBridge): £60 per team
- f2f with Coventry as Home Club: £80 per team (this included Coventry table money for home matches)
- f2f NOT with Coventry as Home Club: £20 (you may need to pay table money to the club where you play)
Payment is not due until after confirmation of the team's entry.
If different team members are required for each division, please submit separate entries for separate teams.
A player may represent different teams for the f2f and online teams.

Entries are required by 1st September, 2023. Entries will be confirmed by email to the Team Captain and payment will then become due, to be paid before the Captains' Meeting on 11th September, 2023
