| Hosted Sessions |
The club operates a host system for some of its sessions, to provide players with the opportunity to arrive without a partner and still have a game. Whilst no limit is placed on how often players require a host, it is preferred that players find regular partners.

The move to online play and the avoidance of collecting cash when playing at the club has led to the adoption of a cashless approach - Cashless Payment Process (updated 1st April 2024)

| Covid-19 Policy (Following the lifting of restrictions) |
Following the lifting of all Covid restrictions:
- We continue to ask members not to attend the club if you are experiencing any of the symptoms of covid, or indeed, any other respiratory infection. Please do not attend the club until you have recovered.
- If you wish to continue to wear a mask whilst playing, please do so.
- We will continue to ventilate the room, provide hand sanitizers and encourage members to social distance where possible.
- We request that should you subsequently test positive for Covid, you let the secretary know.
