Welcome to the Clare Bridge Club website

We play at the Old School, Clare CO10 8PX every Monday evening at 7pm for a 7.15pm start. We use Bridgemates for scoring and we have duplimated boards so hand records are available after the game and on the website. We pride ourselves on our friendliness and good manners.

We particularly welcome visitors and are keen to encourage new players. If we can help in any way please contact a member of the committee.

If you explore this website you will find more details about this club and information on forthcoming club and local events. We are affiliated to the English Bridge Union and play with 19 other clubs in the Suffolk Contract Bridge Association.

CLUB GUEST NIGHT

Further to the excellent response we had to this evening last year, we are repeating it on Wednesday, 9th October.

It is a fun evening of bridge with cake and a glass of wine, a little slower than the usual club night and the idea is to bring along your bridge playing friends who may not have played duplicate and are afraid of joining a club. All you need to do is bring a friend along instead of your usual partner.

I do hope that a lot of you will be able to do this and would be grateful if you could let me know if you are coming so that we can plan for the numbers.
